I started HONE because it's what I needed and couldn't find.
I was a founder building through the pandemic, carrying the weight of every decision and keeping every doubt to myself because few people truly understood.
What I learned in those years is that building a company is a mental game. The founders who last are the ones who treat the mind seriously, the way elite athletes do.
HONE is what I wished I had: a trusted circle of founders, where you can be honest about the wins and the losses, and where sharpening your mind is part of the work.
